Yakima's CopperHead includes a wheel tray, a ratcheting wheel strap and a fork mount featuring an ergonomic, long-throw skewer for easy loading (simply opening the skewer clears most fork safety tabs). The fork mount is aerodynamic and ultra stable. Universal snap-around mounts allow the CopperHead to attach equally well to round and square crossbars, too.

Yakima's CrossBars are a necessary component of your rack system. They attach to your towers and enable you to affix bike trays, ski carriers, rooftop boxes, etc. Strong and durable, they're made of vinyl coated steel and stand up to harsh weather.

Yakima's Viper bike mount has a rugged die-cast head that easily accepts and securely grips almost every quick-release fork, even those with disc brakes. For super easy mounting, it includes an ergonomic long-throw quick release and a ratcheting wheel strap. Plus, the Viper's long tray works great on vehicles with short roof lines. The Viper fits on round- and square-bar racks, too.

Rubber straps used to secure bikes to Yakima hitch and strap racks manufactured prior to 2004. Each strap has 5 holes which are 3/4" in diameter. Since 2004 we have used rubber straps called Chain Straps, which each have 8 holes that are 1/2" in diameter.
